Matthew Oakley, Associate

Matt has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 and previously sold residential real estate, he joined Baker Commercial Group in 2006. Prior to real estate Matt was in the United States Marine Corps, where he served two tours in Operation Enduring Freedom. His background of discipline and professionalism have served him well in commercial real estate. Matt specializes in marketing investment and retail properties, and has a strong understanding of real estate finance. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Southeast School of Business with a concentration in Finance. He is also a member of the KY CCIM chapter as well as ICSC. Matt and his wife, Kelly, reside in New Albany.
