Kimberly S. Baker, CCIM

Kim is a graduate of Murray State University with a B.S. in Accounting. She has previously worked in the fields of Banking, Accounting and Education. Kim has her broker licenses in Indiana and Kentucky and has also earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). She also is an owner of and property manager for Baker Management Services, LLC and Baker Real Estate Investments, LLC. In addition, Kim is a member of Kentucky CCIM Chapter, C.R.E.W. (Commercial Real Estate Women) Chapter of Louisville and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Kim is originally from western Kentucky where she graduated from Mayfield High School and also lived in Murray prior to moving to Southern Indiana. Kim enjoys playing tennis and other outdoor activities. She and Jim are also active members of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville.
